DGTL PROS provides marketing services, including lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, content, AI automation, and custom software when scoped, typically under a written proposal, statement of work, or retainer agreement.

Website copy describes our capabilities; it is not a binding offer until we agree in writing on scope, fees, and timeline.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that harms our systems, impersonate us, or use our content to mislead others.

Content on the site, text, design, logos, and case studies, is owned by DGTL PROS or used with permission. Do not copy or redistribute it without our written consent, except brief quotes with attribution and a link.

Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and ownership of work product are defined in your signed agreement with us, not in these Terms alone.

You are responsible for accurate information you provide and for approvals needed for us to perform work (access to accounts, assets, legal compliance of your offers, etc.).

Results vary by market and execution. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Fees, billing cycles, and late payment terms are set in your client agreement. Unless stated otherwise, setup fees and retainers are due as invoiced.

Third-party costs, such as ad spend, software subscriptions, or stock assets, are typically your responsibility unless included in writing.

The site and general information we publish are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold DGTL PROS harmless from claims arising from your content, products, services, or misuse of deliverables we provide at your direction, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Either party may terminate a client relationship according to the applicable agreement. We may suspend site access or services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay amounts due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Idaho, unless your client agreement specifies otherwise.
